Motor Vehicle Alumni StudentAs a Motor Vehicle student, I really enjoyed the practical side of the course as its very hands on and we learn a lot from being able to work on cars. My ambition is to own my own car garage.

Gabriel
Motor Vehicle StudentDuring high school, we had a visit from a company who showed us a car engine, I was so interested in this and knew from then I would love to work with cars. I really like that we have a lot of time in the workshop working on cars, it’s a hands-on course which is what I wanted. I like the tutors and get on with them well, they also offer great support. The facilities at the college are great and it’s a good college to attend. The college offers a free coach which makes it easy to get to college.
Kenz
Motor Vehicle Alumni StudentI chose Motor Vehicle as I have always had an interest in vehicles and how they work. I also want to pursue a military career working on vehicles, whether this is driving them or fixing them. What I have enjoyed most about the course so far is have the f1 team in to show us how fast the tyres actually get changed on a f1 and they let us have a little competition. I also had the opportunity to compete for the college in a break changing competition in Blackburn where I received the rising star award.
Corey

Niamh
Motor Vehicle StudentAs I have an interest in the vehicle industry, I knew this was the course for me and it will support me in achieving my career. I was awarded the Medallion at the Lancashire Colleges' Skills Competition which was amazing and a real confidence booster.
